Felt Roofs

We offer a complete range of traditional built up felt roofing systems. These torch applied systems are an economic alternative to the 'pour and roll' systems previously utilised. The systems can be used for full roof renewals, or overlay of existing coverings, and can incorporate thermal insulation to comply with the current building regulations.

Available in a choice of colour finishes and with warranties available from 10-25 years, felt roofing systems provide a waterproof covering to suit most requirements.

Felt roofing can be used on sheds, garages, commercial buildings and in some cases, old period style homes. This type of roof is suitable for any size property and is very affordable to have fitted.

Our felt roofing systems comprise of three layers. This would include a breathable layer, a torch on underlay and finally a torch on mineral layer. All three act as a waterproof layer as well as a UV protection layer.

Forever Roofing offer felt roofing services which includes small repairs to complete replacements where required. If your felt roof has been damaged by the weather or has just worn away due to normal wear and tear, then we are the company to call. We will do our best to restore your felt roof back to its original state.

GRP Flat Roofing

A GRP roof is a single-ply GRP laminate applied in situ over a good quality conditioned plywood or OSB3 deck. The roof is finished with pre-formed GRP edge trims and a coat of pre-pigmented topcoat.

The durability and lightweight properties of GRP make it the ideal construction material for roofs and gutters. GRP is also used in hostile industrial settings for applications such as tanks and underground pipes; this is due to its ability to withstand high temperatures and its resistance to chemicals. Unlike other roofing materials it is robust, flexible and will never corrode.

Why Repair With Grp Fibreglass?

Fibreglass flat roofs are the most reliable flat roof solution as it is all one complete waterproof solid membrane, Unlike felt and Epdm (rubber) fibreglass has no joints which in our extensive experience means no leaks and no maintenance.

How Long Will It Last?

Research has shown that GRP the technical name for fibreglass will last in excess of 50 years which is a lifetime to most of us, so theoretically once its done you will never have to worry about it again. GRP is the material used for boat building so there is no worries about its water-proofing properties.
